Qualifications

• Based in Northern Region (Penang, Perak, Perlis, Kedah).
• SPM / Diploma (any field); Business, Commerce, or Marketing is a plus.
• Fresh grads or up to 16 years experience, preferably in sales, FMCG, or telco.
• Interest in e-commerce and digital payments.
• Good presentation and basic business acumen.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Able to communicate in multiple languages (English, Malay, Chinese).
• Flexible to work on-ground during peak periods.
• A keen attitude: eager to learn, coachable, resilient, and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and activate F&B merchants across assigned areas to meet outlet sign-up targets.
• Prioritize potential outlets and explore underserved areas for expansion.
• Maintain and update the sales funnel for accurate forecasting.
• Ensure timely submission of all merchant paperwork and reports.
• Record insights and merchant feedback, escalating actionable items.
• Identify competitor activity and recommend actions.
• Support account management and cross-functional teams with handovers.
