Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Introduce and market medical products (e.g. devices, consumables) to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
  2. Client Visits: Visit doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and purchasing officers to explain product benefits.
  3. Product Demonstrations: Provide accurate demonstrations, especially for medical devices and equipment.
  4. Territory & Account Management: Strategically manage assigned sales area and achieve sales targets.
  5. Customer Support: Offer after-sales service, respond to product inquiries, and resolve complaints.
  6. Product Training: Conduct training for medical staff on correct product usage.
  7. Attend Seminars & Exhibitions: Participate in medical conferences or trade shows to network and generate leads.
  8. Sales Reporting & Market Feedback: Prepare monthly sales reports and share market insights and competitor activities with management.
  9. Stock & Order Management: Ensure stock availability and handle orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
