Requirement
  • Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare, Science, Business).
  • Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Medical Assisting practices, including patient preparation, vital signs measurement, and assisting with minor procedures.
  • Demonstrated Sales skills with the ability to promote and sell medical products or services effectively.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure patient satisfaction and address inquiries or concerns professionally.
  • Strong Communication Skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse patient demographics.
  • Ability to acquire and maintain comprehensive Product Knowledge related to medical products and services offered by AEGIS Clinic & Surgery.
  • Understanding of basic Healthcare Knowledge and medical terminology to support patient care and sales activities.
  • Experience in Appointment Scheduling and managing patient records efficiently.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional Patient Care and maintaining a compassionate and supportive environment.
  • Willingness to work Onsite at the Shah Alam location.
Responsibility

  • Assist doctors and nurses during examinations and treatments, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and patient communication, ensuring accurate and timely information dissemination.
  • Actively promote and sell the clinic's medical services and products to potential and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the clinic's offerings, including procedures, treatments, and products, to effectively address customer inquiries and provide relevant recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy policies.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new patients and increase sales, such as attending health fairs or conducting outreach programs.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the clinic.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, processing payments, and managing inventory of medical supplies.
