A leading electronics manufacturing firm in Selangor is seeking a mechanical maintenance technician responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance and upgrades for production machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical servicing, parts installation, and troubleshooting. This will include managing inspection activities and ensuring the efficient usage of mechanical components. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are key for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical maintenance and machinery servicing.
• Ability to work on machine upgrades and improvements.
• Knowledge of parts installation and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical maintenance overhaul and machine service.
• Upgrade and improve production machinery.
• Inspect incoming parts and conduct modifications.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues with packing machines.

Job description

Responsible for all mechanical maintenance overhaul and mechanical machine block service.

Responsible for upgrading & improvement projects for production machinery and production packing machinery.

Responsible for parts installation, assembly works.

Responsible for monitor indirect facility daily checking and maintenance activity.

Responsible for all mechanical incoming parts inspection & modification.

Responsible for packing machine mechanical trouble shooting.

In-charge of purchasing and controlling the overhaul spart part usage.

Replace driver duty if the driver on leave.

Responsible to undertake any other relevant job as required by the superior from time to time.
