Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a candidate to maintain the smooth running of the Managing Director's office, assist with expatriate services, and perform various HR activities. The ideal candidate should possess a degree and have excellent communication skills in Japanese and English. Additionally, time management and resourcefulness are essential to support the daily activities of Japanese expatriates and manage legal matters. The position is based in Selangor, Malaysia.

Qualifications

  • Degree in any field.
  • Good communication skills in Japanese and English.

  • Resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the smooth running of the Managing Director's office.
  • Translate documents and emails as required.
  • Support Japanese expatriates’ daily life activities.
  • Manage expatriate applications under Expatriate Services Division.
  • Assist in recruitment activities and compensation management.
  • Handle legal agreements and contracts.
  • Manage internal audits related to J-Sox.
  • Oversee company risk management.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Maintains the smooth running of Managing Director office through a variety of administrative and clerical duties.
  • Responsible to translate documents and emails related to Managing Director office and company related documents if required.
  • Support Japanese expatriates’ daily life activities including various reservation, condominium surveys, health related matters, banking, utilities bills and etc.
  • Responsible for expatriate application, renewal and cancellation of Employment Pass under Expatriate Services Division (ESD) and MIDA.
  • Perform HR activities such as assist in recruitment activities, Company compensation and benefit, employment engagement and employment movement.
  • Revised company prescription periodically.
  • Legal related matter eg. Agreement or Contract bide with third parties – customers, suppliers, vendors etc.
  • Responsible for Internal audit eg J‑Sox related matter.
  • Company risk management related matter.
  • Carry on duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Possess a Degree in any field.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Japanese and English.
  • Efficient in time management skills.
  • Resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
