A global technology company in Johor Bahru seeks a Material Preparation Operator for SMT production. In this role, you will prepare and manage materials for SMT machines, ensuring adherence to guidelines and accuracy in documentation. Candidates should possess an SPM or equivalent and have 1-2 years of experience in relevant environments. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in an SMT or electronic manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with feeder types and components like resistors, capacitors, and ICs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reels, trays, and other components for SMT machines.
• Check and verify materials against picking lists and production orders.
• Bake, seal, and store components following guidelines.
• Report material shortages and damage to the team leader.
• Retrieve and return unused materials following FIFO.

• Retrieve unused materials after production and return to storage following FIFO
• Education: SPM or technical certificate or equivalent

• Familiar with SMT material such as resistor, capacitor, ICs and etc.
• Familiar with feeder types.
