This year, we aim to guide over 5,000 entrepreneurs and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative campaign ideas and innovative marketing approaches
• Set measurable objectives and track performance for all marketing activities
• Supervise and guide the marketing team, including content creators, designers, and ads specialists
• Generate creative concepts for campaigns, advertisements, and brand initiatives
• Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, and email automation
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for training programs and internal events
• Monitor audience engagement and optimize posting strategies
• Create persuasive copywriting for emails, Telegram posts, and campaign materials
• Work with the marketing team to ensure clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging
• Collect and interpret data from digital campaigns (email, social media, Telegram, etc.)
• Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness based on data

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and campaign analytics
• Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, email platforms, analytics tools, and social media platforms
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Highly creative with strategic thinking and execution ability
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team
