Get To Know The Role

Support the strategic roadmap for the retail business based on data and sound analysis, driving acquisition, retention and loyalty while maintaining brand consistency across paid and owned marketing channels.

Assist in the planning and on-time execution of Go-to-Market (GTM) plans and manage campaigns within budget to meet business objectives.

Assist in creative strategy and execution of digital marketing collaterals and formats, including banners/videos, personalized email marketing and digital ads copywriting to deliver best-in-class online experience.

Understand how to drive frequency and breadth of activities throughout the buying journey and customer’s lifecycle by engineering a clear customer communication framework around our unique CVPs with best-in-class creative execution to deepen engagement and support cross sell initiatives.

Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual marketing campaign calendar planning supporting media strategy to manage all aspects and maximise efficiency of the digital marketing budget.

Help establish a marketing evaluation scorecard to measure digital channel performance, including KPIs, benchmarks, and acceptable ROI while delivering key insights to business partners to support growth of current and new portfolios.

Help evaluate market competition and benchmark program performance to size up new program opportunities, assess customer impacts, and keep pushing boundaries to connect with and activate various consumer segments.

Work closely with the wider Grab and bank Regional marketing teams, internal stakeholders, creative and media agencies to drive marketing automation and deliver best in class marketing programs.

Able to assess business risk and ensure strict compliance with applicable regulations, policies and internal controls.

The Must-Haves

We are looking for a dynamic communications professional with at least 3 years of marketing experience. If you are passionate about having an irreversible positive impact on the way Malaysians spend, save, earn and borrow money, this role is for you. You should also meet the following requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing roles focusing on growth or lifecycle marketing. Background in financial services / fintech industry preferred.

Be comfortable working on detailed plans to drive speed of execution while staying focused on quality and sustenance of output and willing to go the extra mile.

Strong understanding and experience with customer segmentation, measurement approaches, CRM and analytics tools required.

Demonstrated sense of accountability and decisiveness and ability to deliver results that are timely, relevant and effective.

Team player with strong communication skills, ability to partner and negotiate with cross functional teams to successfully deliver on stakeholders requirements.

Experience in managing complex, cross-functional campaigns with track record of delivering meaningful marketing programs that drive business success.

Start-up experience is a major plus eagerness to operate in an ever-changing, dynamic, highly competitive and fast-paced environment is a must.
