A leading personal care company in Selangor is seeking a Brand & Marketing Senior Executive to drive brand growth for GATSBY and MOIST DIANE. The successful candidate will co-develop brand strategies and lead integrated marketing campaigns across various channels. Candidates must have 4–6 years of experience in brand marketing within the FMCG industry, with a proven ability to manage campaigns and connect investment to profit outcomes. This position involves collaboration with internal teams to foster creativity and brand loyalty.

GATSBY (Men’s Grooming) - Join the team behind one of Asia’s No. 1 men’s grooming brands. As the Brand & Marketing Senior Executive, you will play a strategic and hands‑on role in driving GATSBY’s business and brand growth in Malaysia. You’ll co‑develop brand strategy, lead integrated marketing campaigns, and collaborate with global and local teams to deliver impactful results that strengthen brand equity and profitability.
MOIST DIANE (and other beauty, personal care brands) - As the Brand & Marketing Senior Executive, you will spearhead growth for MOIST DIANE and other brands within the portfolio. You will be responsible for localizing brand identity, executing high‑visibility marketing campaigns, and managing the product lifecycle to capture market share.
Brand Strategy Leadership: Co-develop brand positioning and yearly marketing plans with the Brand Manager to strengthen market leadership for GATSBY or MOIST DIANE and drive sustainable share growth.
Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Lead the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns—from insight to execution—across digital, influencer, in-store, and media touchpoints with creative and media agencies.
Consumer & Market Insight: Drive deep understanding of target segments (including young male consumers for GATSBY or beauty‑conscious consumers for MOIST DIANE) through social listening, data analytics, and market research.
Innovation & Business Opportunity: Work closely with global and local product development teams to identify and evaluate new product or marketing opportunities, ensuring relevance to local needs and growth potential.
A&P & Profitability Management: Manage brand A&P budgets efficiently, balancing topline growth and cost efficiency while maintaining brand equity and consumer loyalty.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with global branding, product development, sales, and trade marketing teams to ensure strong alignment and execution excellence.
Mentorship & Leadership: Support and guide junior marketing team members, fostering collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning within the team.
Experience: 4–6 years (Senior Executive) or 2–3 years (Executive) in brand marketing within the FMCG industry (personal care, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred).
Campaign Management: Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and managing agencies.
Business Acumen: Strong ability to connect marketing investment with sales and profit outcomes.
Strategic Thinking: A creative thinker with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Culture Fit: Self‑motivated, independent, and passionate about building brands that inspire confidence and individuality.
These roles report to the Brand & Marketing Manager and involve close collaboration with the wider marketing team.
