Our focus on quality, innovation, and technical excellence allows us to serve a wide range of industries while continuously expanding our product offerings and market reach.

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand, support business development, and drive overall marketing strategy for the company and its products.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead Wintech’s full spectrum of marketing activities, including branding, digital marketing, content creation, campaign planning, and market research. This role requires strong B2B marketing capability with the flexibility to support product marketing initiatives as the company continues to innovate and launch new solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Build a strong, consistent brand image across all platforms and materials
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify business opportunities
  • Plan annual marketing calendars, budgets, and campaigns
Digital Marketing
  • Manage online presence including website, SEO, landing pages, and digital lead generation
  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Oversee social media content, engagement, and growth
  • Track and report digital performance metrics
  • Create or supervise the creation of brochures, presentations, technical datasheets, videos, and other marketing materials
  • Support sales teams with marketing assets for proposals, tenders, and client presentations
  • Ensure all content reflects the company’s branding, strengths, and solutions
  • Promote Wintech’s metal processing, fabrication, and engineering services to industrial clients, OEMs, contractors, and partners
  • Develop technical content that clearly communicates capabilities and value
  • Plan and manage participation in trade shows, engineering expos, and industry events
Coordination & Reporting
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Management to ensure marketing alignment
  • Manage external agencies, designers, and vendors when required
  • Prepare monthly reports, analytics, and performance reviews
Requirements
  • 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, branding, and technical content creation
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and SEO
  • Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills
  • Creative mindset with analytical ability to make data‑driven decisions
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or related fields (preferred)
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
  • Basic design skills (Canva/Adobe)
  • Photography/videography experience
  • Experience managing exhibitions or product showcases
  • Familiarity with industrial products, engineering services, or technical industries
