Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute 360° marketing plans and annual brand strategies to drive product awareness and market growth.
  • Oversee product portfolio performance: planning, positioning, pricing, promotions, and lifecycle management.
  • Drive digital marketing strategies (social media, website, SEO, paid media) in collaboration with the digital team.
  • Manage ATL/BTL campaigns, including media planning, events, in-store promotions, and healthcare professional outreach.
  • Lead market research initiatives to analyze trends, customer insights, and competitor intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Regulatory, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution and compliance.
