Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Activation & Retainer Management
- Plan, ideate, and execute monthly social media content calendars for clients.
- Handle day-to-day posting, content scheduling, and platform optimization.
- Monitor and respond to social interactions, DMs, and comments when required.
- Ensure brand consistency and message clarity across all platforms.
2. Performance & Ads Management
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta/TikTok/Google).
- Monitor ad performance, optimize targeting, and manage budgets.
- Prepare weekly/monthly ad reports with insights and improvement suggestions.
3. KOC & Influencer Management
- Source, shortlist, and negotiate with KOCs and influencers.
- Prepare campaign briefs, track deliverables, and ensure timely posting.
- Analyse performance and compile post-campaign reports.
4. Event Support & On-Ground Activation
- Assist in planning and executing marketing events and on-ground activations.
- Coordinate with vendors, manage logistics, assist during event day.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content and help with event reporting.
5. Content Creation & Strategy
- Conduct market and competitor research to build strong content strategies.
- Assist in producing basic content (photo/video) when necessary.
- Work closely with the creative team to bring ideas to life.
6. Client Servicing & Reporting
- Communicate with clients, collect feedback, and follow up on approvals.
- Prepare monthly reports and ensure all deliverables are met.
- Suggest creative and strategic improvements to enhance client results.
7. Community Management
- Monitor client pages for sensitive comments or urgent responses needed.
- Escalate issues quickly to internal team or client.
8. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Assist in planning end-to-end marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and campaign assets with the team.
Working Arrangement
- Hybrid work system: 3 days in office (located in Seri Kembangan), 2 days WFH or on-site (depending on client shoots, events, or content needs).
- Must be flexible to attend on-site shoots, client meetings, or events when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year marketing/social media experience.
- Strong initiative and able to work independently.
- High ownership — completes tasks without constant supervision.
- Clear communicator with professional client-facing skills.
- Good time management and able to handle multiple projects.
- Problem-solver who takes action, not waits for instructions.
- Fast learner who adapts quickly to new tools and trends.
- Familiar with Meta Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Canva, CapCut, etc.
- Positive attitude and a strong team player.
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
- Mandarin is a strong advantage (as we have Chinese speaking clients).
- With own transportation.
