Role Purpose

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to drive growth through sharp, high-impact marketing execution. You’ll own merchant marketing, campaign rollout, in-app merchandising, and CRM — helping position Fave as the go-to smart savings app in Singapore and Malaysia.

This is a high-visibility, hands-on role where you’ll be expected to contribute meaningfully, move fast, and execute with precision. In a lean team, you won’t be a cog in the wheel — you’ll be building the engine.

Responsibilities we entrust you with
Merchant Marketing & In-App Merchandising
  • Strategically promote merchant offers across the Fave app (Deals, Cashback, Gift Cards, Stamps, Pass, etc.)
  • Manage in-app real estate to ensure a sharp, relevant mix of offers across banners, carousels/thematic sliders and collections
  • Keep merchant offers up to date across systems and surfaces
  • Collaborate with BD and Ops to drive tactical and offline campaigns across merchants
Campaign Execution & Planning
  • Plan and launch growth and retention campaigns across in-app, social, CRM, and offline
  • Manage and deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly promo calendars
  • Work cross-functionally to align stakeholders, manage assets, and deliver campaign outcomes
Content & CRM
  • Craft punchy, persuasive copy for push, email, social, and in-app placements
  • Own CRM calendar — optimize for open rates, click-throughs, engagement and conversion
  • Localize content to fit market tone and audience insight
Growth & Performance Initiatives
  • Support paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) to drive installs and re-engagement
  • Track campaign metrics (installs, MAC, GR) and optimize for outcomes
  • Contribute to ATL/media planning when relevant
  • Drive performance of owned channels (email, in-app, push) through segmentation, testing and analysis.
What matters in this role
  • Operational Excellence: Ability to plan and schedule merchant promotions and manage internal operational systems to keep the app updated with the latest offers.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: The ability to work closely with various departments such as Business Development and Operations to feature deals and execute offline initiatives.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in creating and managing project work plans, handling multiple stakeholders, and adapting to changing requirements.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure the app is consistently updated with the latest offers across all product categories and verticals, and manage the fine details of marketing promos, incentives, and key initiatives – and being able to track them.
  • Communication Skills: Develop compelling copies for marketing campaigns, eDMs, and Push Notifications etc.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to achieve growth.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Capable of revising plans as needed to meet changing requirements and priorities.
  • Creativity: Ability to develop engaging campaigns, content and innovative marketing strategies to promote Fave merchants effectively.
  • Customer Obsessed: Understanding of customer needs and preferences to create targeted marketing efforts that drive engagement and sales.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing (tech, ecommerce, agency, or startup preferred)
  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • A sharp eye for messaging, segmentation and customer psychology
  • Strong ownership mindset — you don’t wait to be told; you get things done
  • Proficient in marketing platforms like Meta Business Suite, BI dashboards, CRM platforms, automation tools like Zapier etc
