A leading fashion brand is seeking a Marketing Manager in Kuala Lumpur to develop and manage marketing strategies aligned with brand goals. The successful candidate will oversee annual budgets, conduct market analyses, and lead digital integrated marketing efforts. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Must possess at least 5 years of relevant experience and a degree in Marketing or a related field. Proficiency in English is required, with Mandarin as a plus.
Develop and managethe annual marketing calendar, A&P budget, and 360° marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand expansion goals.
Implement and upholdbrand positioning, messaging, and communication strategies approved by senior management.
Conduct market and competitor analysisto identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and potential new fashion brands for partnership or acquisition.
Lead integrated marketing communicationsacross digital platforms (social media, website, e-commerce), performance marketing, PR, partnerships, and events.
Oversee and collaboratewith internal marketing teams and PR agencies to ensure cohesive and impactful execution.
Liaise with vendorsfor marketing materials, visual design, and end-to-end creative execution. Coordinate printing and production processes for timely delivery of collaterals.
Supervise content creationfor all brand-owned channels including the website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand identity and industry trends.
Strengthen relationshipswith business partners, principals, media, buyers, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and secure opportunities with additional fashion brands.
Plan and execute brand activationssuch as workshops, pop-up stores, fashion events, and promotional activities to elevate brand presence and consumer engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionallywith retail teams on product launches, seasonal assortments and new brand onboarding processes.
Monitor and analyze performanceof campaigns, digital metrics, and sales impact to optimize strategies and support brand growth and acquisition efforts.
Collaborate with Finance, Business Units, and Leadershipto manage and align annual and project-specific budget planning. Provide financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
