  • Organise payment proofs, invoices, and receipts with documentation.

Location: Sunway Velocity, Kuala Lumpur (5-min walk from Cochrane MRT)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Work Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM / 10 AM - 7PM (Flexible)

Job Description

  • Monitor KPI sheets and reports, flag abnormal data, and prepare simple summaries
  • Track ads account payments and coordinate with agencies to prevent campaign disruptions
  • Record and categorise marketing expenses by project or brand
  • Organise payment proofs, invoices, and receipts with clear documentation
  • Assist with scheduling, priority reminders, and conflict management
Requirements
  • Strong organisation and follow‑up skills
  • Good communication in Chinese and English
  • High attention to detail, especially with numbers
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, and chat tools
  • Able to manage multiple tasks independently
