Requirements

Minimum SPM or higher qualification.

Strong communication and negotiation skills (Mandarin, Cantonese, and English preferred).

Customer Services experience is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

High attention to detail, with the ability to manage rates and transaction information accurately.

Good time-management and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working with chat-based communication.

Immediate availability will be prioritized.

Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Excel, Gmail, etc.).

Willing to work on a rotating weekend schedule and perform overtime when required.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily communications with internal teams and external parties mainly via chat, with occasional phone calls.

Provide accurate and updated information related to marketing activities, materials, or requests.

Maintain good working relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and ongoing collaboration.

Coordinate approvals and confirmations before forwarding requests or instructions to the relevant teams for execution.

Ensure required documents and reports are prepared, reviewed, and shared within agreed timelines.

Distribute finalized documents or updates from internal teams to the relevant parties.

Liaise closely with internal departments to support efficient workflow and task completion.

Maintain a professional, responsive, and detail-oriented approach at all times.
