This is a full-time role based in Melaka, offering the opportunity to join the marketing and communications team in a leading player in the hospitality industry. As the MARCOM Executive - Hotel Division, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective marketing and communication strategies to support the growth of the company's hotel portfolio.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the group's hotel brands and properties
• Create engaging content for the company's digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email newsletters
• Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and advertising materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity
• Analyse market trends and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness
• Support event planning and management for the company's hotels and resorts
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
