Join an exciting hospitality and tourism company as a full-time Marcom Artwork Designer. Based in Johor Bahru, Johor, you will play a crucial role in creating visually captivating marketing and communication materials for its intended purposes.

What you'll be doing

Design and develop a range of marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and digital advertisements

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and translate creative ideas into impactful visual designs

Ensure all designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines and visual identity

Assist in the production and preparation of artwork for printing and digital purposes

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of the company's marketing materials

What we're looking for

A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar marcom design role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry

Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs

Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics

Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
