Job Information

• Looking for a Mandarin-speaking cross-cultural trainer based in Kuala Lumpur to conduct training, and help clients become familiar with working across cultures
• Format: 1-day group training
• Students: approximately 10 employees who are senior leaders from China and Hong Kong
• Schedule and location are TBA
• Language of the presentation: It should be held in Mandarin language
• Client's native language: Mandarin
• Program outline: Must be tailored to the student's needs. Cross-cultural leadership training and local business etiquette

Responsibilities

• Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
• Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes
• Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners towards learning goals
• Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications

• Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
• Certificate or degree in intercultural communication, language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field
• Minimum of two years of experience
