A recruitment consultancy in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role focuses on leading the recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and proactively sourcing candidates. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and exhibit strong interpersonal skills. This position supports the company’s growth with a strong emphasis on candidate experience and employer branding.

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding across multiple departments.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and selection criteria.
Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing channels. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Manage and optimize the candidate experience, ensuring professionalism and consistency throughout the hiring process.
Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives in alignment with the company’s values and culture.
Collaborate on broader HR initiatives and workforce planning efforts as required.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably with both in-house and agency backgrounds.
Demonstrated success in recruiting for a wide range of roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Proficient in using sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), and recruitment analytics tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices is advantageous.
