Job summary

A prominent retail and services provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of a petrol station and convenience store, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales goals. Applicants should have a diploma in Business Administration and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the F&B or retail sectors. Strong leadership skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for this position, along with a willingness to work on shifts.

Maintain inventory controls of materials, cash drawer, payments, vouchers, and receipts.

Trained all new employees in compliance with company policy.

Submit daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports.

Conduct stock counts on a monthly, quarterly, or as-needed basis.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or equivalent.

Reliable with at least 3 years of working experience in the F&B, hotel & tourism, or retail industry is required for this position.

Preferably a Senior Executive specializing in handling petrol station, sales - retail, or equivalent.

Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, etc).

Language proficiency: English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Possess own transport and willing to work on shift hours.

The candidate is responsible for monitoring overall operations of the petrol pump, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales and profitability targets. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with retail or service industry experience.
