Job description

This role is responsible for the planning, implementation, and governance of employee learning, development, and engagement initiatives across the organization. This role also oversees internal communication programs, employee engagement initiatives, and the coordination of company-wide events, including company trips.

The position ensures the consistent delivery of development programs that support organizational capability, performance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development & Employee Development
  • Develop and implement the organization’s L&D strategy in alignment with business objectives
  • Design and manage structured development programs for internal staff, including onboarding, role-based training, and leadership development
  • Conduct learning needs analyses and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Manage external training providers, budgets, and learning resources
Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Lead engagement initiatives that strengthen connection, collaboration, and belonging
  • Support engagement surveys and help turn insights into action
  • Plan and deliver company trips, retreats, and employee events that reinforce company culture
Internal Communication
  • Manage internal communication initiatives to ensure timely and consistent messaging
  • Develop and distribute employee newsletters and internal announcements
  • Partner with leadership to communicate key organizational updates
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Collaborate with business leaders to support organizational development initiatives
  • Provide guidance on learning and engagement best practices
Others
  • Undertake any additional duties, projects, or responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to influence others.
  • Strong project management skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under deadlines, adapt to changes / multiple priorities, both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good computer skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
