Job description

Participate and formulate objectives and Strategic Planning of the Project with Senior Management.

To advise Project teams for achieving targeted deadlines as outlined in the Master Implementation Program.

To monitor and advise costing of overall projects development to ensure it remains within control through regular review of feasibility study with project manager.

Develop and maintain close liaison and working relationship with relevant government or statutory bodies.

Represent the company in relevant meetings, design/consultant and site coordination and authorities’ meetings.

Ensure compliance with legal and other requirements applicable to the project.

Liaise with consultant and contractors to anticipate and resolve all technical and operations issues arising related to the project.

Attend all meetings related to the project site, compile and prepare reports for records and feedback of information for management review.

To execute other assignments given by management in a timely manner.

Requirements

At least 10 years of working experience in Property Development.

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Planning, Architecture, Engineering or a Professional Qualification in a related field.

Good interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.

Possess a flair for property development, complete project cycle and strategic master planning including other aspects such as feasibility studies, project management, marketing and authority’s liaison.

Strong liaison skills with government agencies, local authorities, contractors and consultants to ensure smooth implementation of a project.

Has sound knowledge in the Authorities guidelines & submission procedures.

Have experience in township development in a similar position.
