What will you do?
  • Provide clients with timely, accurate and efficient processing of all Entitlement events and associated daily entries, ensuring that the investor/client is notified and/or paid as appropriate.
  • Manage operational risk, financial control and development of the team's operational capabilities along with optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Support the senior management in the continuous development of an efficient and effective organization in the department with a high focus on staff development.

Candidate criteria
Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Bachelor's degree in related field.

Level of minimal experience

6-10 years

Must have
  • 5-8 years securities industry experience
  • 2-3 years people management experience
  • Expert knowledge on custody operations and asset servicing covering varying Corporate Actions & Income events.
  • System literate.
  • Knowledge of SWIFT standards on Corporate Action & Income.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products.
Nice to have
  • Good organization skills and ability to prioritize workloads to meet tight deadlines.
  • Able to work under pressure.
