RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responding to media requests for information in a timely and effective manner, resulting in positive media relations if needed by CEO, chairman or whomever deemed necessary.
- Establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships with various stakeholder groups, improving stakeholder relationships as measured by feedback and engagement levels.
- Writing press releases and preparing media kits to promote clients, with the number of press releases issued and their consequential media coverage as a KPI.
- Planning and directing initiatives to maintain a favorable public and stakeholder perception, with a KPI of positive public opinion and stakeholder views of the organization’s goals and achievements.
- Coaching client representatives in effective communication strategies, with an improvement in client representatives' communication skills and effectiveness as a KPI.
- Analyzing and building public relations strategies to promote the organization’s products, services, and ideas, with an increase in public awareness and positive perceptions of products, services, and ideas as a KPI.
- Enhancing and upkeep the organization’s image and identity, ensuring consistency of the organization’s image and identity across all platforms.
- Drafting speeches and scheduling interviews, with the number of speeches drafted and interviews scheduled, and their subsequent impact as a KPI.
- Preparing and editing organizational materials for internal and external audiences, ensuring timely delivery and quality of organizational materials.
- Updating and maintaining the organization’s digital content, ensuring currency and relevance of digital content, as well as engagement metrics.
- Position in this classification may perform all the responsibilities above and other related duties as assigned by the Group of the Companies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, in Public Relation, Communications, Business Management, Marketing or any related field.
At least 5 years’ experience preferably in Education.
Possesses in‑depth knowledge of corporate communications, branding, media relations, digital strategies, and crisis management. They demonstrate strong skills in crafting clear messages, strategic planning, content creation, social media management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement. They are able to lead and manage teams, handle sensitive information with discretion, adapt to changing priorities, enhance brand perception, and evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
