Job Description Summary
As Communications and Organizational Change Management Manager, you will play a key role in enabling the people side of change for Global Business Services (GBS) transformation initiatives, along with driving internal engagement through a strong EVP (Employee Value Proposition), and compelling external employer branding activities for the Greater Asia Shared Service Center (GASSC).

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the global Hire to Retire (HTR) service line and Greater Asia GBS Regional Team on communication and change strategies.
  • Define and operationalize the communication strategy for the Greater Asia Shared Service Center. Pull through global messaging and tailor culturally relevant content for effective communications, consistent with the overall GBS brand and messaging.
  • Drive internal engagement through a strong EVP (Employee Value Proposition), maximizing fit‑for‑purpose channels.
  • Define and deliver on compelling external employer branding activities for the GASSC, in partnership with HR.
  • Provide guidance to communications and engagement initiatives within the Hire to Retire service line.
  • Develop and implement organizational change strategies to ensure successful adoption for projects and programs.
  • Monitor and measure readiness, adoption, and benefit realization for change/transformation initiatives. Gauge associate engagement to continuously improve.

Requirements:

We are looking for a leader with a background from a large multinational corporation and proven experience in communications and organizational change management, ideally in a shared services or Global Business Services environment.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sensitivity to cultural nuances.
  • Experience leading organizational change and communications, certified as a change practitioner.
  • Strong understanding of GBS or shared services environments.
  • Strategic problem solver with a hands‑on approach.
