As the School of Computing and Data Science continues to grow, we are looking to expand the administrative team to support various school-level initiatives. Multiple positions are available in the areas of 1) outreach and public relations, and 2) programme and committee support.

For Roles In Outreach And Public Relations

Applicants who can demonstrate success in delivering high-impact marketing or outreach campaigns in Mainland China will be considered a definite advantage.

An excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is required. Proficiency in computer skills, graphic design, and prior experience in undergraduate admissions and event management experience is desirable. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to work independently with initiative, strategical thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

The appointee is expected to lead a team and be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive public relations and promotional strategies to support the goals and objectives of the School. Those with less experience may be appointed as Assistant Manager.

As part of the School’s expanding presence, occasional work travel outside of Hong Kong may be required, including to the School’s Shanghai site, which fosters cross-border collaboration and innovation.
