Job Description

Participate in structured job rotations across departments such as Production, Maintenance, Quality, R&D or Engineering. Learn end-to-end business processes, workflows, and internal controls. Attend training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching programs. Assist senior engineer in daily operations and administrative tasks. Support planning, execution, and monitoring of departmental activities. Collect, analyze, and prepare operational and management reports.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured job rotations across departments such as Production, Maintenance, Quality, R&D or Engineering.

• Conduct data analysis, root cause analysis, and prepare presentations for management review.
• Support implementation of new policies, systems, or procedures.
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.
• Support cross-functional collaboration initiatives.
• Ad-hoc assignment from Superior from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical, HVAC Engineering, or related fields.
