Robin Village Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Senai, Johor. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance operations of our facilities, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our operations. This is a full‑time position that offers opportunities for professional growth and development.

What you’ll be doing

• Ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and maximise equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues, providing technical guidance to the maintenance team.
• Coordinate with other departments to integrate maintenance activities with overall operations.
• Monitor and report on maintenance KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in planning and execution of facility upgrades and capital projects.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands‑on experience with a variety of maintenance techniques and procedures.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, prioritising and managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Preferred a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
