We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Only World Group. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance and repair activities across our facilities on Penang Island. What you'll be doing

Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules to keep our facilities in top condition

Oversee a team of maintenance technicians and coordinate their work to address issues promptly

Identify and resolve any maintenance-related problems, minimising downtime and disruptions

Monitor maintenance budgets and expenditures, optimising costs without compromising quality

Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

Collaborate with other departments to align maintenance activities with the overall business objectives

Continuously look for ways to improve maintenance processes and introduce innovative solutions

What we're looking for

Substantial experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar role within the trades and services industry

Strong technical expertise in maintaining and repairing a wide range of facilities and equipment

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians
