A construction company is seeking a full-time M&E Supervisor in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The candidate will oversee all M&E trades on-site, ensuring compliance with specifications and schedules. Responsibilities include liaising with clients and subcontractors, conducting site inspections, and assisting the project manager. A Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services and local highrise experience is preferred. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project is a plus.
Full-time on site supervision of all M&E trades at site
To assist the M&E coordinator in Co-ordinates with consultants, sub-contractor, clients and other on all M&E matters, ensuring compliance in requirements, specifications and ensure project is on schedule
Liaise with all client, consultants and project team to prepare M&E coordination drawings.
To assist in preparing, monitoring and hasten M&E work progress when necessary.
Ensure all M&E trades deliver excellent workmanship and handover project in a timely manner.
Ensure all M&E trades comply to construction site safety and health requirements.
Carry out routine site inspections with client representative including preparation of necessary forms and reports.
Maintaining and developing good working relationships with internal and external customers
Attend Coordinating Meeting
Arrangement of work accordingly to work programs
To assist managing & Monitoring subcontractors works and progress and feedback to Project Manager
To supervise & coordinator M&E work on site
Degree/Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/Building Services
Local experience in highrise construction industry is preferrable
Well versed in Building and aziende M&E Installation
Able to plan and handle drawings details
Able to liaise with sub-contractors, clients & consultants
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Engineering from a recognized institution
Preferable knowledge : Autocad, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
