Logistic Executive

1. Prepare export shipping documents, including invoices, delivery orders, K2 export permits, and Singapore import permits.
2. Prepare marine insurance report, scrap report, generate invoices, delivery orders, and recycling programme (trend chart), and liaise with scrap vendor for scrap collection.
3. Match and file customer endorsed Delivery Order with invoices and K2 form and SG Permit to ensure proper filing.
4. Prepare import document (declare K1 for Singapore export permit), check and file the complete document.
5. Apply for customs import tax exemptions and perform monthly LMW licence report data entry.

Purchasing Executive

1. Issue PO and follow‑up delivery for Automotive resin and indirect material.
2. Source indirect items, ensure three competitive quotes for cost comparison. Negotiate price, payment terms, delivery terms, and consolidate bulk purchases.
3. Prepare operating supplies report and ACE report on time.
4. Verify GRN issue, clean up SAP unwanted PO and PR.
5. Maintain AVL, MSDS, TDS, RoHS, and conflict mineral declaration. Ensure all purchases comply with IATF and ISO standards.
