Job summary

A leading global food company in Selangor seeks a Logistics Supervisor to manage logistics operations, ensuring alignment with internal teams and 3PL partners. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years experience in logistics and hands-on SAP expertise. Responsibilities include managing inbound/outbound logistics, complaints resolution, and system monitoring to maintain inventory accuracy. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the efficiency of logistics workflows in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of inbound/outbound logistics processes.
• Hands-on experience using SAP is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Good knowledge of logistics operations with an advantage in 3rd party experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations and coordinate with 3PL partners.
• Conduct random outbound picking checks at 3PL and verify delivery accuracy.
• Monitor and reconcile system inventory discrepancies.
• Investigate logistics complaints with Quality and 3PL teams.
• Coordinate co-packing activities and troubleshoot related system issues.
