Job summary

A leading machinery company in Malaysia is seeking candidates for a role that involves document preparation for government departments, stock control via SAP, and communication with overseas customers. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and have excellent computer literacy, particularly in MS Office. Mandarin communication skills are essential for liaising with the headquarters in China.

Job description

Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Lunch hour: 12.00-1.30pm

Work location: KKIP13, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

Job Description
  • Support prepare document for related government department.
  • SAP updated data for stock control.
  • Administers of Import/Export document for the machines, parts, and tooling, etc. (check detail in shipping document; price, packing list, goods descriptions, marking and B/L)
  • Coordinate and communicate to Oversea customer, agent, Shipping line agent, customs broker and Internal team.
  • Coordinate with local vendors in preparing vehicles for transporting the machines, parts, and tooling, etc. to site (study packing dimension, suitability of containers, weight, road, distance, location, etc.)
  • Maintain updated records of customer’s shipment orders up to date.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics or related field.
  • Well Organized and able to work under pressure and time constraint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively.
  • Problem solving skill.
  • Good collaborations and teamwork.
  • Very good computer literacy skills; MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-mail communication.
  • Mandarin communication is a MUST to communicate with HQ China Headquarters.
