• Minimum of 1+ year of supervisory experience in Customer Service, preferably in the Logistics industry.
• Able to speak and write in English.
• Able to speak and write in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Check the status of material requirements from customers and arrange shipment pick-up.
• Prepare and generate daily and weekly inventory reports for customers.
• Ensure daily delivery performance within the goal set by the customer.
