Key Responsibilities

Import & Export (IMEX) Operations

• Managed import and export activities to ensure smooth movement of goods in and out of Malaysia in compliance with customs and government regulations.
• Coordinated documentation and logistics for international trade operations, including customs clearance and regulatory submissions. Duty Exemption & Regulatory Compliance
• Prepared and submitted duty exemption applications in accordance with JKDM requirements.
• Compiled and submitted Three‑Month Statement Reports to JKDM.
• Prepared sub‑contract applications and related reports.
• Managed applications for additional company warehouse approvals.
• Prepared scrap applications and disposal reports in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Export & Delivery Coordination

• Planned deliveries and coordinated packing arrangements to meet shipment requirements.
• Prepared commercial invoices and packing lists for export shipments.
• Arranged transportation bookings, including air freight (FedEx) and truck deliveries (Nippon).
• Applied for MITI Form D to support export activities.

Import & Customs Clearance

• Maintained and updated HS Code data, ensuring accurate classification and compliance.
• Coordinated with forwarding agents by submitting complete documentation for customs clearance.
• Monitored inbound shipments to ensure safe and timely delivery of imported goods to the factory.

Job Requirements
