Job summary

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations of the tipper truck fleet to ensure timely, safe, and efficient deliveries.
  • Monitor and ensure drivers conduct daily vehicle condition inspections as per company SOP.
  • Assist drivers in communicating with the maintenance team and tireman for repair or breakdown situations, especially when breakdowns occur off-site.
  • Coordinate vehicle inspections (e.g. Puspakom), GPS tracking, etc.
  • Evaluate driver performance and ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
  • Plan and adjust the allocation of tipper trucks flexibly based on order demand and cost-efficiency.
  • Maintain good communication and positive working relationships with quarry admin for quarry permit application.
  • Prepare monthly reports for fleet performance, delivery data, and analysis.
  • Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, or related operations.
  • Familiarity with heavy vehicle operations, quarry permits, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Puspakom inspections).
  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage logistics tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication: Clear and professional interaction with drivers, staff, suppliers, and management.
  • Problem‑solving: Quick resolution of staffing conflicts, delivery delays and operational challenges.
  • Knowledge of compliance: Strong understanding of safety standards, fleet regulations, and logistics policies.
  • Technical proficiency: ERP software and logistics tracking tools.
