About the role

LUZI (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd specializes in the development and manufacturing of fragrance compounds for unique perfumes, cosmetics, home and room fragrances. The company operates internationally with its headquarters in Switzerland. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics & Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team and support our growing operations in Malaysia.

What you'll be doing
  • Generate orders in system based on PO receive from Salesperson.
  • Arrange shipping and land transportation, including tracking, expediting, and delivery follow‑up of all shipment.
  • Coordinate with related departments such as Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Quality Assurance to ensure smooth order processing, timely material availability and on‑time delivery.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, FTA forms, etc).
  • Coordinate with customers for order details, delivery schedules and documentation.
  • Ensure all export documentation is accurate and compliant with export requirements and regulations.
  • Being in contact with freight forwarders to organize the dispatch of shipments by truck, air freight, ocean freight or per parcel post.
  • Expediting and de‑expediting of incoming raw- and packaging-material orders.
  • Sending goods/documents via FedEx/DHL to customers or our headquarters.
  • Maintaining all relevant and important customs documentation properly.
  • Liaising with the local Customs Department for all matters related to the import and export processes.
  • Execute and be responsible for the handling of Dangerous Goods in import and export.
  • Experience and knowledge of MITI processes (Costing Analysis) is an added advantage.
  • Maintains and drives respective KPI’s and PDP’s to measure and manage expected progress.
  • Drive Lean initiatives through the department.
What we're looking for
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in dealing with Asian countries/customers.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry is a must.
  • Lean management experience as an advantage.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, independently and autonomous with self‑starter attitude.
  • Fluency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must have the potential to assume increased responsibility and highly self-driven.
  • Language proficiency: English – fluent proficiency in spoken and written; Malay – spoken and written.
