  • No experience necessary, training is provided; those with live streaming/e-commerce customer service experience are preferred.
Responsibility
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries and comments in real-time during live streaming sessions, providing accurate and helpful information about products, promotions, and services.
  • Actively engage with viewers during live streams to foster a sense of community and encourage interaction, creating a positive and engaging shopping experience.
  • Provide fashion advice and styling tips to customers during live streams, leveraging product knowledge and fashion expertise to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints that arise during live streaming sessions, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to plan and execute live streaming events that align with promotional campaigns and sales goals.
  • Monitor live stream performance metrics, such as viewership, engagement, and sales conversion rates, to identify areas for improvement and optimize future live streaming events.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues during live streams.
