A leading tech firm in e-commerce is seeking a passionate candidate for a live streaming role. Responsibilities include assisting with live-streaming plans, engaging with the audience, demonstrating products, and increasing sales through interactive broadcasts. Achieve at least SPM education.
Previous experience in e-commerce live streaming, hosting, modeling, hand modelling, or sales‑related roles will be given preference.
Familiarity with the live‑streaming rules of TikTok e‑commerce platform will be given preference.
Willing to consider fresh graduate without experience as long as they are passionate, energetic, and possess strong product presentation and communication skills.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Familiar with e‑commerce live‑streaming structures and rules, understanding of the new advertising laws, strong communication skills, quick thinking and response.
Good ability to handle pressure, sensitive and responsive, strong logical thinking and initiative.
Skilled at capturing hot topics and possessing strong product presentation and communication skills.
Excellent at controlling the pace, strong service orientation, and possessing some crowd control and on‑air abilities.
Responsible for assisting the Live Streaming Operator Manager in creating and implementing live‑streaming plans and content.
Participate in product selection and live broadcast scheduling.
Publish live‑streaming previews and assist in creating short video content for promotion.
Demonstrate products from our e‑commerce platform during live broadcasts, answer audience inquiries, provide recommendations, and guide viewers through the purchasing process.
Address fans' questions, engage with them interactively, increase fan activity, boost fan loyalty and numbers, and enhance live‑streaming viewership to achieve sales goals.
Respond to audience queries during live streams, build fan relationships, and increase fan engagement.
Improvise during live broadcasts, manage the pace of product introductions, increase fan activity, and maintain high engagement in the live stream.
Summarize issues and provide feedback to optimise live content.
Be accountable for the growth of followers and sales on assigned live‑streaming channels, and assist the e‑commerce team in achieving sales targets through live‑streaming.
Actively learn and study industry knowledge, absorb skills and techniques from outstanding talents, and continuously improve live‑streaming content.
