Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Production Technician to lead daily operations on the production line in Johor. You will be responsible for coordinating resources, monitoring product quality, troubleshooting issues, and conducting team training. The ideal candidate possesses a Diploma in Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in production supervision, especially in Injection Molding or Metal Stamping. This role emphasizes leadership and technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in production supervision.
• Experience in Mechanical Processes such as Injection Molding, Metal Stamping or Diecasting.
• Strong technical knowledge in tooling/die handling and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the production line to meet targets.
