As a Lighting Designer at Stage Centre Line Associates, is a professional lighting design firm specializing in creative, functional, and innovative lighting solutions for architectural, interior, and landscape projects. We work closely with architects, interior designers, and clients to deliver high-quality lighting concepts that enhance spaces and experiences.

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Lighting Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in lighting design, a willingness to learn, and a proactive “try and explore” attitude. While 2–3 years of relevant experience is preferred, fresh candidates with the right mindset and basic knowledge are welcome and will be trained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior lighting designers in developing lighting concepts and design layouts
• Support in preparing lighting drawings, specifications, and presentations
• Help with lighting calculations, product selection, and basic design documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams, architects, and consultants as required
• Participate in site visits, mock‑ups, and project meetings when needed
• Learn and adapt to design standards, tools, and project workflows

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in lighting design is preferred, but not mandatory
• Basic understanding of lighting principles and design concepts
• Familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, Dialux/Relux, or similar) is an advantage
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong willingness to learn, experiment, and grow professionally
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and openness to feedback
