Job description

To develop and present the lifting procedure, lifting plans, rigging studies, S-PCM and maintain records/ reports.

To determine the selection of crane, lifting gears and equipment for the lifting works.

Site survey for ground condition, ensuring ground stability for mobile cranes and calculate the ground bearing pressure, if required.

To ensure lifting gears to be used (spreader beams, wire/webbing slings, shackles, lever/chain blocks) meets the requirements and are in accordance with approved lifting plan.

Monitor and supervise the preparation for lifting operations, conduct pre-lift meetings/toolbox talks, and monitor load stability and site conditions.

Liaise with client and other contractors for approval, smooth site preparation and lifting operation.

Coordination among internal departments; HSE, construction, operators and other related departments.

Ensure the safety of all lifting operations, enforce safety regulations and project standards.
