Responsibilities

• Conduct investigation to substantiate claim decision for Life and Health claims.
• Conduct cold calling and follow-up with clinics/doctors/hospitals for medical history.
• Prepare and send questionnaires to acquire information from claimants.
• Prepare and send correspondence letters to claimants.
