Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Process new and existing customer credit applications.
  • Monitor customer credit limits and overdue payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation for license renewals.

As our operations continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Credit & License Administration Clerk to support our daily operations and ensure smooth administrative and compliance processes.

Responsibilities
Credit Administration
  • Assist in processing new and existing customer credit applications.
  • Support basic background checks such as SSM, CTOS, bankruptcy, and trade references.
  • Help review customer information and prepare credit recommendations for senior staff or management.
  • Maintain and update customer credit records and master files accurately.
  • Monitor customer credit limits and overdue payments under guidance.
  • Prepare simple aging and credit reports on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • Assist in sending payment reminders and coordinating with the Sales team.
  • Support documentation, filing, and record-keeping in compliance with company policies.
License Administration
  • Assist in monitoring license expiry dates and maintaining license records.
  • Support license renewal processes by preparing documents and tracking submissions.
  • Request supporting letters from oil companies and follow up when required.
  • Help check customer eligibility for license-related supporting letters.
  • Prepare and issue supporting letters under supervision.
  • Update license databases and properly file renewal documents.
  • Ensure records are well-organized and maintained according to company requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of credit administration or documentation processes is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and record-keeping skills.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
