Legal Clerk / Conveyancing Clerk
- Able to handle documentations of Developers' Projects, Sub-Sale, Bank Loan Documentation, Online Adjudication LHDN Portal, Smartbox Land Office & Presentation, Low Cost , Leasehold & Foreigner Consent and all conveyancing related matters.
- Able to do various bank loan for the whole file until completion
- Able to do project and subsale bank loan, refinance loan, Perfection of Transfer & Charge, Discharge
- Able to attend and communicate with clients, bankers and related parties.
- Able to work and complete task within timeline, provide status report and update from time to time
- Able to follow instruction, responsible, proactive, organize & willing to learn
- Provide secretarial/administrative support to the lawyers
- Able to handle files independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines
- 1-2 years experienced
- Being able to converse in basic mandarin
Administrative & Office Support Clerk
- Performs essential clerical and support tasks that keep an office running smoothly, handling duties like data entry, filing, answering calls, managing schedules, processing documents, ordering supplies, and providing general support to manager and lawyers
- Basic experiences are required (experience in administrative & clerical work)
- Candidate must be proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidate must possess good communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills, responsible, efficient and proactive
- Candidate must be able to work under minimum supervision and independently
