A legal firm in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented individual for a data entry role. Responsibilities include processing data, maintaining records, and handling calls. The ideal candidate will be friendly, willing to learn, and able to work independently. Minimum qualification required is Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level. The position offers various benefits including incentive bonuses and medical claims, operating Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour work schedule.
Our Legal firm is looking to hire a detailed individual to assist with processing data entry, and maintaining related records and files.
Essential functions of this job include, but are not limited to
Maintains listing summaries, drafting document with template & etc (e.g., Ms Excel, Ms Word and files).
Answering the phone to take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues
Recording daily posting mails in timely manner
Minimum Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level or equivalent required.
Willing to Learn, friendly, healthy, able to work under stress & independent.
basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & good Communication Skill.
Office Schedule: 8 hours per day, from Monday to Friday
Work Location: PJ Uptown, Homebase Office
