Qualifications

• Must have at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering.
• Must have 6-7 years of experience in related fields like manufacturing, heavy industry, or building materials.
• Strong planning, leadership, and communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Create daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on various data.
• Monitor and optimize production capacity and material requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Quality Control.
• Track production status and address bottlenecks and shortages.
