Job summary

A leading insurance firm is looking for a Lead Software Engineer in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves leading the design and development of Pega BPM applications, ensuring compliance and managing a team of software engineers. Candidates must have 8–10 years of experience in Pega CPM and strong programming skills in COBOL/400. The ideal candidate will also have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and proven experience in the insurance domain. A competitive salary up to RM20,000 based on experience is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Pega CPM and related frameworks.
• Experience in Insurance domain preferred.
• Proven experience with GroupAsia in a support or development capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Pega BPM applications.
• Analyze business and technical requirements; prepare specifications.
• Manage Software Engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
