The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards, support project documentation tasks, and interface effectively with contractors and suppliers for project execution. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to manage timelines and deliverables effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating multi-disciplinary works during the tender stage and provide technical support to project sites.
• Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct site meetings to facilitate effective communication between contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Assist the Project Manager with documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Liaise effectively with contractors, suppliers, and Interior Designers to ensure smooth project execution.
